Our BollyX dance instructor, Sakshi, was born and raised in India, and moved to California in 2003 with her family. She has been performing Indian folk dances since she was a child. "My escape from all the stress, work, and school has been dancing. I got that by rehearsing for dances for the annual culture shows during school and college." She has also performed at fundraisers for charity as well as raising money for clubs and organizations. "Dancing has always been one of my favorite hobbies; and teaching BollyX gives me the opportunity to continue dancing, stay in shape, and motivate others to do the same. I am ready to rock it with all you BollyX, dance, and fitness lovers!"

All of our trainers are nationally certified  in Personal Training, First Aid, and CPR. Before you waste your money somewhere else, do your homework and find out if your trainers are certified by a recognized National agency, or just coaches who are "certified" by their gym.

She may look young, but Christy is 42 years old, and certified by ISSA in both Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. She has been actively involved in fitness for the past 12 years, and was previously a trainer at another gym. She loves kettlebells and the battle ropes. She is an extremely motivating person, and her positive attitude is infectious: she refuses to accept "cant" or "wont"  as an excuse. She has an eagle's eye for proper form to insure you get the most effective workout while avoiding injury, and her warm personality makes sure you have fun while you're doing it! In addition to her ISSA training certifications, she is trained in First Aid, CPR, and has an Associate of Arts degree.

Currently a 11 time NPC Figure Competitor, Jackie studied ballet with the  Royal Academy of Dancing She obtained her Personal Training certification from ISSA while attending the University of Oregon and also received her Strength and Conditioning Practicum, and graduated with a BS degree in Dance Kinesiology. With 20 years dance experience, 10 years group training, and 7 years personal training, Jackie is very well rounded. She  specializes in weight loss, and building lean muscle, all while increasing flexibility. She is also trained in First Aid and CPR.
