In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or reborn. A phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.

"I love it because they get you motivated and you feel pumped when you leave. I definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a little more guidance with a little push."

Our Story and Our Vision

"My interest in the world of fitness grew into a love when I saw what it could do for people. I have seen so many positive results such as people getting their high blood pressure and diabetes under control when they have the proper guidance in exercise and nutrition.  This motivated me to become a personal trainer so I could help as many people as possible.  I started out in a corporate franchise gym that was more interesting in packing the space full of people and collecting long-term contracts.  I thought there must be a better way."

Like the transformation of the mythical bird, both our gym and our fitness will continue to soar to new heights!

"Our symbolism of the phoenix has 3 meanings:

First, it symbolizes  the transformation I have gone through in my own journey of physical fitness.

Second, it symbolizes the transformation this gym has gone through from the original owner and clients until now.

Third, it symbolizes the transformation each of you will go through on your own journeys to a more healthy lifestyle. "

Phoenix Fitness

"We are smaller than most other gyms, and that is NO accident. Our smaller size means we have less overhead, and we can pass the savings on to our clients, allowing more people to benefit.  I have felt the frustration, as both client and trainer, trying to be effective in groups of 30 or 40 people. It can't be done! Our sessions will never have more than 10 people so YOU get the personal attention YOU deserve. Fitness is my passion, I get my satisfaction from seeing results."
